Three Year Average London Ontario Home Prices
There is not a day that goes by without someone asking me "How is the real estate market in London"?
Why I ask and usually ot is because on the news they have heard or read that there is a bubble, prices may tumble or houses are in demand and so on.
The London real estate market is not like the Toronto, Calgary or Vancouver markets. The residential market in London is stable and as you can see by the chart below, consistent.
As you can see, the average home price in June 2010 was $244,449, in 2011 $253,563 and May of this year, $264,573. Flippers, dreamers and speculators take note, not your market!
