About Ty Lacroix

When I decided to make real estate a career the first steps I took were to separate myself from the crowd. My past experiences with real estate sales people were less than favourable and yet, there was some things I felt could make a huge impact with clients.

After the required 2 year minimum wait to be fully registered to start my own real estate brokerage, I did. Along the way I made some mistakes and I am sure I will continue to make a few more. One mistake I did not make was the belief that a client of mine deserves and should demand above average representation and protection and that is one thing I can proudly say I have never faulted on.

Did I please everyone? Most likely not and perhaps there are a few who you could never please. Regardless, I love this business, I enjoy protecting clients and I treat each purchase and sale as if it was my home.

Right or wrong, I believe that empathy is a trait that is lacking in real estate.
