  Home sales in Stoneycreek, in North London Ontario from January 1 to March 31 were quite strong with 33 houses and 14 condos changing hands.

  The average selling price for a house was $286, 212 and for a condo, $164,264 and these took an average 54 days to sell at 98% of the asking price.

  If you have not been out to this area for awhile, take a drive along Fanshawe Park Road E and look at the developements, road widening and of course, sme of the great schools that are in this nice family neighbourhood.

  Houses sold for an average $282,638 condos $179,835, which was 98% of the asking price.This neighboorhood is seeing a lot of activity with the widening of Fanshawe Park Drive East and as usual, easy access to downtown London and Western.

There is still new homes and condos being built and in the older part of this neighbourhood, buyers like the larger lots with privacy and are remodelling and upgrading those homes to meet their criteria in a home.
